Jade Gregory has been part of the AB Morison family since 2013, when we were still known as Sargeants Port Phillip, beginning her conveyancing career looking after clients purchasing off-the-plan. Since then, her breadth of experience has expanded across all areas of the conveyancing profession, everything from guiding a first home buyer through their first settlement, all the way to complex transactions such as commercial sale and purchases, buying and selling businesses, clients buying or selling under their SMSF, company share and stratum, and commercial leasing.
Jade received her admission to practice law in 2015 from the supreme court of Victoria and holds her LLB in addition to her graduate diploma of legal practice from the college of law. Jade’s technical skill and wealth of experience has seen her practice conveyancing in London, as well as working with a top-tier law firm in their Real Estate (Retail Leasing) team, serving clients nationwide.
Jade lends her professional expertise and passion for all aspects of property to our new business department, and clients seeking contract reviews. She will often act as the first point of contact with the conveyancing process and give you the confidence to go ahead with a purchase while understanding exactly what you’re signing up for.
