Maxine Beamish
Deputy General Manager and Licenced Conveyancer

Deputy general manager Maxine Beamish began her conveyancing career in 2001 as the very first employee working alongside director Mandi Morison. Since then she has been instrumental in the development of the business from a two-woman operation, into one of the largest conveyancing firms in Victoria. Her wealth of knowledge and experience in the conveyancing industry is unsurpassed. Maxine is an expert in business sales and purchases, off-the-plan purchases, representing developers in sales, contract advice and negotiations. Complex conveyancing transactions including related party transfers, mortgages, leases and subdivisions, self-managed superannuation funds, and much more, are second nature to her. In addition to lending her expertise first-hand to clients, Maxine is a constant source of support and advice to staff, offering a kind word and guidance to everyone from our most senior conveyancers, to a trainee on their first day.

"Such a positive experience from both Maxine and Vutthorn who were both involved in the purchase of our first property. Both staff were meticulous in their attention to detail and were highly professional and responsive. I highly recommend them for both an initial contract review and for the conveyancing when you purchase. Very well priced for such a detailed service. Thank you!"

Rebecca, Purchaser  in Collingwood

"Julia and Maxine delivered a professional service with which I am entirely satisified. They navigated through a difficult conveyancing operation which involved the sale of my business/home. I would not hesitate in recommending Sargeants Port Phillip to anyone who needs help with conveyancing."
